Our experience selling our house with Freida Nastar has been a very pleasant and meaningful Journey. We met Freida during a very challenging time – we needed to sell our house of 26 years but had very little idea or resources on how to do so, After extensive research on numerous real estate agents, we came upon Freida’s profile. We had previously seen her signs around the community for sales and garage sales, and we decided to talk to her to see how she would represent us in the sale.

We were impressed with how quickly she responded to our initial contact, calling us back 10 minutes after we submitted the home valuation request. When we met with her, we found her to be very sincere, passionate, and knowledgeable. She was familiar with our community, and after listening to our situation, immediately had a plan of action for our sale. She catered the plan not only to the condition of the house (which needed repairs) and the market, but also to our financial and emotional needs. She emphasized that she didn’t just want to sell the house, but to make us happy and help us move on with our lives. She was energetic, proactive and eager to help.

Throughout the sale, she was very professional and worked hard to rally for us. Her attention to detail was key to finding the right buyer for our house. She personally came to host our open houses, and when she couldn’t she would find a colleague to come and make sure it was still held. When we received a last minute offer that worked better for us, she worked until midnight to make sure the paperwork was complete and that we had the option of choosing between offers. Her priority lies in her clients.

 Freida has also been given us strong emotional support through the selling process. She was understanding, caring, and sincere. It was very easy to talk with her. and she always made time to call or personally visit us. Before any decision was made, she would make sure to ask for our opinions and provide us unblessed suggestions. Freida didn’t feel like a real estate agent, but a family member who genuinely wants to help. We are fortunate to have met her.

Freida had professional photography to the property done. She even worked around our moving schedule while doing this. She did pre listing advertising of our home so that when she listed it, we had buyers who were already interested.

Once the property was listed, Freida did an open house immediately and had an offer from a well-qualified buyer in 8 days. The buyer was demanding but Freida was a skilled negotiator, giving us wise professional advice for coming to a win/win conclusion for everyone.

The negotiations and escrow were all handled smoothly on line. The escrow closed very quickly. After that close of the deal, Freida went about and beyond what we expected, helping us with the details of moving and establishing a new address. We can’t say enough to express our gratitude to this highly skilled professional, who is also very nice, thoughtful and considerate person. We will be using her services again!
